i do really like boden’s style, and the quality has usually been good in my experience. i just still feel a bit unsure about their sustainability claims. they talk about using better materials and being ethical, which is great, but sometimes it’s hard to find the actual details. i wouldn’t say it’s bad, i’d just like to see them be more upfront about where things are made and what their real impact is.

I found Boden.com straightforward to use and got to what I wanted fairly quickly. The filters did the job, even if I still clicked around a bit more than I expected. Checkout was clear and didn’t confuse me, which I appreciated. The photos were nice and clear too, although somehow I still wanted a few more angles. Overall, no real problems for me

It took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but to be honest I mostly just remember that it got fixed in the end. The slow part was annoying at the time, but all good now.

I had an issue with my order and reached out to customer service. They got back to me fast, maybe within a day or so, and helped me figure it out. It took around 10 or 15 minutes of back and forth to sort everything, but they were friendly and actually useful.

I do really like boden, and some pieces fit me perfectly, but then others are just... a bit off. It’s not enough to put me off completely, but I do wish the sizing was more consistent because it makes ordering a bit of a guessing game...

I ordered a dress and a kids’ jumper from Boden after spending way too long checking the product details. To be fair, the sizing info was actually useful and the colours were close to the photos, so no big surprises there. The quality feels good, though I still blame Boden a bit for making basics cost more than I’d like. Delivery was fine too, not exactly lightning fast, but nothing to get annoyed about. I knocked off one star because the dress ended up a little longer than I expected, which is partly on me, but I’m also blaming the photos a tiny bit...

Some pieces feels totally worth it, but others just don’t. These days I usually wait for a sale before buying. It’s not bad at all, just not always the best value for the money

I expected the shipping to cost more, but it didnt. It ended up being fair and was a nice little surprise.

Ordered from boden the payment part was simple. Relief. There were a few ways to pay, but it didn’t feel messy or confusing at checkout.
I went with PayPal this time, though it was good to see the usual card options there too. Quick. The payment went through straight away and the confirmation came in pretty much instantly.
It just makes shopping so much less annoying when the checkout actually works properly. Nice. I’d happily order again.

I’ve had packages arrive banged up before, but this one was packed nicely and showed up with no issues at all. Everything was secure, so I was happy with the packaging

Boden’s got a good mix for kids and adults, lots of colours, fun styles. I usually spot something I like, but yeah, some pieces feel a bit pricey.

I had to exchange a dress because the size wasn’t right, and I was already expecting it to be a headache like these things usually are for me. But surprisingly, it was super easy and quick. The new size showed up fast, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down or deal with a bunch of hassle for once.

The fit also seemed more relaxed on the model than it felt on me. It would be helpful to see items in more everyday lighting with less perfect posing, just so it’s easier to get a real sense of what you’re buying

I’ll give credit where it’s due, the clothes feel really nice and have held up well after a few washes. They are a bit pricey, so I can’t say they’re a bargain, but the quality does seem fair for what you’re paying.

I’ve ordered twice now, and both parcels showed up later than they were supposed to. The tracking barely updated, so I was basically left guessing when anything would arrive. The clothes themselves were fine, but the delivery side feels really unreliable. I also felt a bit dismissed because there wasn’t much communication or any real sense that the delay mattered
